07/20/2017: A Globe and Mail article on the current state of the housing market.  Looks like bargaining power is shifting to the buyers, which is great news for most of our clients!  Go ahead and request a home inspection as a condition when placing an offer, and buy with confidence!

07/15/2017: Fixed a basic math error on the “Quick Quote” request form on the site that may have confused some.  Thanks to Kiera for pointing it out.  A now correct simple math question will be guarding the quote form from internet bots from now on 🙂

2017 Ribfest/Craft Beer Fest downtown Barrie.  The pulled pork sundae was as filling as it looks!
