Peter is a highly competent home inspector with exceptional customer service skills. Peter has been a home inspector since April of 2015 and has completed over 2,000 inspections. Peter graduated from both the Building Renovations program at George Brown College as well as the Home Inspector Training program held at Georgian College. Peter's past work experience includes working as a contractor in both home renovations as well as farm reconstruction.
Jason Clark
Prior to becoming a home inspector in 2015, Jason spent over 15 years in the construction trades. In 2004, Jason earned a Certificate of Qualification in the Sheet Metal/HVAC trade from George Brown College. In 2008 after having seen almost everything that there is to see in the residential home building industry, Jason opened a general contracting company and experienced the trades from the other side of the desk. In 2014, Jason attended Georgian College to earn certification in the Carson Dunlop home inspection training program. Bringing a vast knowledge of home building to the inspection field, Jason always relishes an opportunity to shed light on the sometimes complicated topic for his clients.

Peter did my inspection and was very thorough in the job that he did. He walked me through the whole inspection telling me exactly what it was he was looking for and also explained to me the purpose of any tools/technology he used. At the end of the inspection Peter went over any concerns that he found as well as good things he found, and provided me with the detailed computer copy just a couple hours later (I was impressed with how quickly this was received because it was very thorough!). I will definitely recommend Buyer Aware to any friends or family needing a home inspection.

Peter conducted my inspection, he was thorough and detailed in his work. During the inspection i asked multiple questions about possible concerns and he went through those areas with a fine tooth comb. Having an inspection done won’t only ease your mind before making a big purchase but having it done by quality and qualified professionals will ensure your money is not going to waste. Do yourself a favour and do it right the first time. I will forever recommend this company to friends and family.
