They are very knowledgeable, very personable, very efficient, and very thorough. The Final inspection summary was a great tool to give us immediate answers to make immediate decisions without the full report.

They estimated the full report would be emailed to us within 24 hours however; we received a very detailed full report within only 8hrs!! Very impressed! The full report was so detailed that included pictures of anything needing attention.

Definitely happy with the decision to use their services and you will be too!

Where do your downspouts discharge?

Water can be your home’s worst enemy.  In order to protect your home from expensive damage make sure that your downspouts successfully discharge the roof’s rain water at least 6 feet away from the house.  This home’s downspout discharges into the grade beside the foundation wall and has caused the corner of the home to sink close to 5 inches!

There are several visual clues to look for to determine whether it’s time to replace your asphalt shingles:

-The first clue is to look at the corners of the ‘tabs’ on the shingles.  The corners will start to curl and lose their shape.

-The second clue is to look inside your eavestrough. If your shingles are getting worn out, it is here that you’ll find the granules that protect your shingles from the damaging ultraviolet rays that have fallen or worn off.

-A third sign is when you can see cracking in your shingles.

All of these are signs that your shingles are nearing the end of their useful life and it’s time to start saving for a new roof.
